Announcing a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction series
Beginning September 7th
Saturday mornings
What: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) helps us navigate the normal ups and downs of life through meditation and daily life practices. This brings more stability, peace, and joy, even in the midst of difficulty. It just takes practice but does take practice. An MBSR course is an excellent way to do this with support in a beautiful environment.
Classes include yoga, qigong, various mindfulness meditations, discussion, and daily life mindfulness practices. No previous yoga or qigong experience is necessary. Mindful movement is very gentle and can be modified to be accessible for everyone.
When:
10:00 am to 12:30
Sept. 7, 14, 21, and 28,
We will skip two weeks (Oct 5 and 12)
Then have the last 4 classes Oct. 19, 26 and Nov. 2 and 9.
There is an additional daylong of practice Sunday Oct. 27th
Where: In person at Crow's End Retreat in Squire Canyon
