Announcing a new Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction series

When: Classes will meet Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 12:00 

January 20th, 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and March 3rd, and 10th.  Additionally, on Saturday, Feb 27th there will be an all-day session.

 

Where:  Online using the Zoom platform.  We’ve learned that this works surprisingly well for this series.

 

The Course: The Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction Program is an eight-week training to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellbeing.  

 

Classes include yoga, various mindfulness meditations, discussion, and daily life mindfulness practices.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.  Mindful yoga is very gentle and can be modified to be accessible for nearly everyone.

 

Tuition:  The fee for this course is $200 for new participants, $100 for returning participants. Given current financial difficulties, if cost is a barrier please speak with the instructor.  No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
