There will be a free information session several weeks before the course. 


What: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction helps people use their own internal resources to respond more skillfully to stress, physical and psychological conditions.  This allows us to live with more peace and joy in the midst of the ups and downs of daily life.


Classes include yoga, various mindfulness meditations, discussion, and daily life mindfulness practices.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.  Mindful yoga is very gentle and can be modified to be accessible for nearly everyone.


When: Classes meet weekly for 8 weeks with an additional all-day session in the sixth week. 


Where: Depending on conditions at the time this series will either be in person or online using the Zoom platform.  


Instructor: Mick Malotte

Tuition:  The fee for this course is $200 for new participants, $100 for returning participants. Given current financial challenges, if cost is a barrier please speak with the instructor.  No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
